Sebastian said it rather bluntly. Those poor servants must be majorly confused at this point. There’s a boy that just looks like their master claiming to be the real Ciel - openly admitting that he had died at some point, a crazy old man bragging about it, and Sebastian just told everyone he’s a grim reaper. And that’s before a crazy redhead with the same name as Madam Red’s butler and wearing her coat jumped through a window, and another guy walked in talking about spanking someone.

This was easily the most exciting part of the chapter for me. The Phantomhive servants are on the supernatural side of the wall now.
